研究了高粱不同雄性不育细胞质的育性恢复情况和育性恢复基因的遗传方式。结果表明,不同雄性不育细胞质的育性恢复受不同的显性主效单基因控制,任何一对显性主效单基因都不能同时恢复2个或2个以上的雄性不育细胞质的育性。除A1和A2型外,A5和A6型也有在高粱杂交种生产中应用的潜力,因而扩大高粱雄性不育细胞质多样性和不育系/保持系的遗传范围成为可能。育性恢复基因的遗传方式也较简单。有些材料可以作为雄性不育细胞质的鉴定系。
The fertility restoration of different male sterile cytoplasms of sorghum and the inheritance of fertility restorer genes were studied. The results showed that the fertility restoration of different male sterile cytoplasms was controlled by different dominant major single genes, and any dominant dominant single gene could not restore the fertility of two or more male sterility cytoplasms at the same time . In addition to types A1 and A2, A5 and A6 also have the potential to be used in the production of sorghum hybrids, thereby making it possible to expand the cytoplasmic diversity of sorghum and the genetic range of CMS / maintainer lines. The genetics of fertility restoration genes is also simpler. Some materials can be used as male sterile cytoplasm identification line.
