为观察脑死亡过程中早期各脑叶的脑电变化，寻找脑死亡的早期指标，采用８导２４小时盒式动态脑电图监测仪，对１１例重度昏迷病儿进行监测，结果有３例记录开始即呈全脑电静息状态，有６例双枕区先出现电静息，继而再出现其它脑区电静息，１例阵发高幅棘慢波间以电静息，１例右侧先出现低电压，继而双侧电静息，结论：动态脑电图是早期判断神经系统功能衰竭，判定脑死亡的可靠指标 In order to observe the changes of EEG in early cerebral lobe during the process of brain death and to find out the early indicators of brain death, 11 cases of severe coma were monitored by 8-lead 24-hour dynamic EEG monitor.
