拟黄薄孔菌是2012年发现的一多孔菌目拟层孔菌科薄孔菌属的新种,因其生长于抗菌性很强的柏树上而具有一定的研究价值。首次报道拟黄薄孔菌菌丝体和子实体的纯培养条件。从野生拟黄薄孔菌子实体中分离得到纯菌种,通过单因素实验探究碳源、氮源、碳氮比、无机盐等营养条件对菌丝体生长。结果表明,菌丝体培养的最佳碳源为乳糖,蛋白胨为最佳氮源,25∶1为最佳碳氮比,无机盐中硫酸镁能明显促进菌丝生长;子实体培养的最佳碳源是果糖,最佳氮源是氯化铵,无机盐对子实体的形成有抑制作用,碳氮比的变化不会影响子实体的形成。
Pseudoperonospora crassa is a new species of the genus Mycoplasma discovered in 2012. It is of certain value because of its growth on the cypress with strong antibacterial activity. For the first time, the pure culture conditions of Mycelia and fruiting bodies of M. aeruginosa were reported. Pure fungi were isolated from the wild Pseudotrichrum fruiting bodies, and single-factor experiments were conducted to explore the growth of mycelia under different nutrient conditions, such as carbon source, nitrogen source, carbon-nitrogen ratio and inorganic salts. The results showed that the best carbon source for mycelium culture was lactose, peptone was the best nitrogen source, 25:1 was the best ratio of carbon to nitrogen, magnesium sulfate in inorganic salts could promote mycelial growth obviously; Carbon source is fructose, the best nitrogen source is ammonium chloride, inorganic salts inhibit the formation of fruiting bodies, changes in carbon to nitrogen ratio will not affect the formation of fruiting bodies.
