利用神经网络BP算法、变步长学习函数和多线程技术构造了聚丙烯酸酯一环氧树脂互穿聚合物胶粘层保护材料和聚丙烯酸-聚有机硅氧烷互穿聚合物表面涂层材料的摩岩石刻复合保护材料的合成最佳配比专家系统。结果表明,由本专家系统指导合成的两套复合保护材料(一套按最佳预报性能指标合成、另一套按最差预报性能指标合成)在透水气性、吸水率和拉伸强度这三个关键技术指标上,预报性能值基本上达到定量化程度。
