现如今,为了从根本之上来充分的保证建筑企业工程造价管理工作的质量,那么就得要促使建筑企业在具体进行施工管理的工作之中要主动的进行造价控制工作,利用经济与技术措施双管齐下,最终在最大程度之上来有效的控制工程造价。当下,我们国家建筑工程造价管理之中依旧会存在一部分问题,这直接性的影响了我们国家建筑行业可持续发展的脚步。鉴于此,本文主要从施工承包方的视角侧重于承建阶段的视点,主要分析建筑工程造价管理现状及完善对策。
