目的了解海南基层学校中学生艾滋病相关知识、生活技能掌握情况,为开展预防艾滋病教育提供依据。方法在海南D市和C县对7所中学初一年级4713名学生进行问卷调查,并对8组学生进行小组访谈。结果正确回答艾滋病3条基本传播途径的学生比例仅为22.8%,全部答对5道“日常生活不传播艾滋病”题目的学生仅为7.1%。农村学生知晓率和自我评价的生活技能持正向态度的学生比例均低于城镇学生。学生获取艾滋病知识的途径主要为大众传媒,报告从学校获取相关知识的学生比例不到1/5。农村学生知识的来源比城镇学生更少。结论海南基层学校中学生艾滋病知识和生活技能水平较低,利用学校开展以生活技能为基础的艾滋病预防教育非常必要。
Objective To understand the AIDS-related knowledge and life skills of middle school students in primary and secondary schools in Hainan Province, and to provide basis for AIDS prevention education. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 4,713 students in the first grade of 7 middle schools in D and C counties of Hainan Province and a group interview was conducted among 8 groups of students. Results The correct answer to AIDS, the three basic routes of transmission of students was only 22.8%, all answers to the five “AIDS does not spread in daily life, ” only 7.1% of students. The proportion of students who had a positive attitude towards awareness of rural students and self-evaluation of life skills was lower than that of urban students. Students gain access to HIV / AIDS knowledge mainly through the mass media, reporting less than one-fifth of students who acquire relevant knowledge from the school. Rural students have less knowledge than urban students. Conclusion The HIV / AIDS knowledge and life skills of middle school students in Hainan grassroots schools are low. It is necessary to use AIDS prevention education based on life skills in schools.
