我校政治教研组有思想政治课教师7人,其中老教师3人,34岁以下的青年教师4人。这4名青年教师中未取得大专以上学历的3人。在3位老教师中退休留用的一人,其余两人都在50岁以上。从年龄结构来看,35岁至49岁之间有一段很长的空白带,显示出严重的青黄不接。为了使青年教师能尽快地成长起来,胜任本职工作,在学校党支部的直接领导下,我们政治教研组开展了“一帮一”活动。所谓“一帮一”,即每一个老教师带一至二个青年教师,建立“师徒”关系。为了使“一帮一”活动卓有成效,学校领导分别对老教师和青年教师召开了专门会议,对如何“带”、如何“学”提出了明确的要求。在讨论“对青年教师的培养当前应主要抓什么”这个
