针对页岩气压裂返排液处理工艺繁琐、处理装置占地面积大、处理效果不稳定等问题,采用电絮凝处理技术,以COD为去除对象,开展压裂返排液处理的试验研究,对工艺参数进行了优化,处理后水质可满足压裂液重复利用的相关标准要求。同时还研制了移动式处理装置,可实现压裂返排液实时在线处理,并进行了工业化应用,取得了良好效果。
