目的分析子宫肌瘤患者住院费用的构成及影响因素,为合理控制医疗费用提供参考。方法收集某院2015年1月-12月间出院的子宫肌瘤住院病例1796例,采用描述性分析、单因素方差分析、多元线性回归方法分析住院费用的构成和影响因素。结果子宫肌瘤患者住院费用构成中排列前三的是:材料费34.39%、药品费25.74%、手术费20.69%。多因素结果分析显示住院天数、术前住院日、手术方式、手术数量、诊断数量、付费方式与住院费用显著相关。结论子宫肌瘤住院费用中材料费、药品费是主要部分,住院天数是主要影响因素。
Objective To analyze the composition and influential factors of hospitalization expenses in patients with uterine fibroids and provide reference for reasonable control of medical expenses. Methods A total of 1796 inpatients with uterine fibroids were collected from January 2015 to December 2015 in a hospital. Descriptive analysis, one-way ANOVA and multivariate linear regression were used to analyze the composition and influencing factors of hospitalization expense. Results The first three ranks of hospitalization fee of patients with uterine fibroids are: material fee 34.39%, drug fee 25.74% and operation fee 20.69%. Multivariate analysis of the results showed that hospitalization days, preoperative hospitalization days, surgical procedures, the number of operations, the number of diagnoses, and the payment method were significantly associated with hospitalization costs. Conclusion Uterine fibroids hospitalization costs of materials, drug costs are the main part of the number of hospital days is the main influencing factor.
