2014年,济南市开始全面实施居民大病保险制度。该制度按照政府主导、统筹安排、委托商业保险机构专业运作的原则开展,是在基本医疗保障的基础上,对居民参保人患大病发生的高额医疗费用给予进一步保障的一项制度性安排,是完善多层次医疗保障体系的重大民生举措。三年来,济南市社会保险经办机构同中国人寿保险公司济南分公司合作不断深入,探索出了社会保险与商业保险融合互补,促进社保事业发展的路子。

Over the past three years, Jinan Social Insurance Agency has been deepening cooperation with China Life Insurance Company Jinan Branch to explore ways of integrating social insurance with commercial insurance and promoting the development of social insurance.
