南京药学院研制的新药美多心安是一种水溶性极大的酒石酸盐类,它是β-肾上腺受体封闭类药物,有可能作为一种较好的心肌显像刘。我们用氯碘在室温条件下进行标记,并且比较系统地研究了:反应介质的pH对~(131)I标记率的影响;美多心安的用量对标记率的影响;在室温条件下,反应时间对标记率的影响。也对用乙醚、异丙醚萃取分离游离碘作了比较分析等。同时,对标记物进行了放射化学纯度分析;与标准美多心安在同样的条件作纸层展开,用紫外荧光斑点法作标记产物的检别分析。
