含聚合物污水能引起常规污水重力式滤罐的堵塞。现场调查分析、室内试验以及现场清洗试验表明,中七联滤罐滤砂表面吸附的聚合物浓度远远大于污水中聚合物的浓度,锈蚀碳钢的存在能够加快聚合物的降解和聚合物凝胶的生成,聚合物凝胶与污油、悬浮固体形成的混合物是引起重力式滤罐堵塞的主要原因。对于含聚合物污水处理能力下降的滤罐可以采用化学药剂清洗的方法使之恢复过滤能力,但聚合物污物在随后的污水过滤过程中仍会堵塞过滤通道,清洗后有效期不长。
