3—(4.5)—双甲基—2—噻唑—(2.5)一二苯基溴化四氮唑蓝(MTT)比色分析法是近年来用于检测肿瘤细胞对化疗药物敏感性的一种指标。为了比较该方法与传统的克隆形成试验法评价肿瘤细胞对化疗药物敏感性的相关性.本文采用这二种方法观察了足叶乙甙(VP—16)、5—氟脲嘧啶(5—Fu)、表阿霉素(EPIDX)、丝裂霉素C(MMC)和顺铂(CDDP)对人胃腺癌SGC—7901细胞增殖的影响.二材料与方法细胞系:人胃腺癌SGC—7901细胞系从中国科学院上海药物研究所引进.用RPMll640培养液
