通过用靶心率制定健身运动处方,有利于提高大学公体体育教学效率。本文从衡水学院公体学生中选取了30名学生进行运动处方教学实验,结果显示依据心率的测量监控负荷强度的安排,将使大学生的运动训练更科学化,运动前后实验组学生的安静心率下降明显P<0.05,1000米和50米的成绩和对照组比较提高明显P<0.05,肺活量也较实验前提高P<0.05,达到了显著的效果。由此可见在运动训练过程中应以靶心率检测运动处方中的运动强度,提高大学生的身体素质。
By using the target heart rate to formulate fitness exercise prescriptions, it is helpful to improve the PE efficiency of university public sports. In this paper, 30 students from Hengshui University were selected for exercise prescription teaching. The results showed that the monitoring of load intensity based on heart rate measurement would make college students’ training more scientific. The resting heart rate of students in experimental group decreased before and after exercise Significantly P <0.05, 1000 meters and 50 meters of the results compared with the control group increased significantly P <0.05, vital capacity was also increased P <0.05 before the experiment, to achieve a significant effect. This shows that in the process of exercise training should target heart rate test exercise in exercise intensity, improve college students’ physical fitness.
