基础设施可以通过降低广义贸易成本与投入品共享,影响企业区位和产业空间分布;同时,也带来了地区收入和支出、区域发展不均等问题。本文在地区溢出模型的基础上,引入基础设施投资因素,考察基础设施投资于产业集聚的内在作用机理,以同时探寻产业集聚反映的“效率”问题以及地区差距反映的“公平”问题,进而为现阶段的“发展”与“公平”问题提供理论依据。
Infrastructure can affect the location of enterprises and the spatial distribution of industries by reducing the generalized trade costs and input sharing, meanwhile, it also brings about problems such as regional income and expenditure, and uneven regional development. Based on the model of regional spillover, this paper introduces the factors of infrastructure investment and examines the intrinsic mechanism of infrastructure investment in industrial agglomeration in order to simultaneously explore the “efficiency” problems reflected by industrial agglomeration and the “fairness” Problems, and thus provide a theoretical basis for the issue of “development” and “fairness” at this stage.
