关于张发仁问题的讨论,很多同志已从各方面发表了不少意见,有些意见,如对有关学校教师在教育张发仁过程中所表现的错误的态度、观点和方法。以及教育行政部门处理问题的无原则态度等方面,已渐渐接近一致起来。但对於张发仁的个性特点的看法还有分歧。我觉得弄清楚这一点,对教育张发仁的问题关系很重要。现在就我对张发仁的个性特点的认识发表一些意见。我们知道,儿童的个性,是在长期的生活和学校教育过程中,逐渐发展与形成起来的。而其个性特点,则表现在他对人和对事的态度和行为中。因此,我们要研究张发仁的个性特点,就必需分析研究他的态度和行为。
Regarding the discussion on Zhang Fa-ren’s question, many comrades have made many opinions on various aspects. Some opinions, such as the attitude, views and methods on the mistakes shown by school teachers in the process of education of Zhang Fa-ren. And the unprincipled attitude of the education administration in dealing with the problems have gradually come to the same conclusion. However, there are differences of opinion about the personal characteristics of Zhang Fa-ren. I think it is very important to understand this point and to educate Zhang Fa-ren on the issue. Now I have some comments on my understanding of Zhang Furen’s personality traits. We know that children’s personality is gradually developed and formed during the long-term life and school education. And its personality traits, is manifested in his attitude toward people and things and behavior. Therefore, if we want to study the personality characteristics of Zhang Fa-ren, we must analyze and study his attitude and behavior.
