2012年6月央行两次调整存贷款利率限制,拉开了中国利率市场化改革最关键一役的序幕。利率市场化是一种必然的趋势,也是我国金融改革的重要组成部分。借鉴国际市场利率改革的成功经验,吸取失败教训,对我国实现利率市场化有着现实的意义。本文在改革步骤,条件,基础等几个重要问题方面,对比国际经验,作出分析和建议。同时,针对利率市场化对银行业发展的影响,分析银行业竞争态势的变化。
In June 2012, the central bank adjusted the deposit and loan interest rates twice, opening the prelude to the most crucial battle for the marketization of China’s interest rate liberalization. The marketization of interest rates is an inevitable trend and an important part of China’s financial reform. Learning from the successful experience of the interest rate reform in the international market and drawing lessons from the failure, it has realistic significance for our country to realize the marketization of interest rates. This article compares the international experience with several important issues such as the steps, conditions and foundation of the reform, and makes analysis and suggestions. At the same time, in view of the impact of the interest rate liberalization on banking development, this paper analyzes the changes in banking competition.
