单次静脉注射丹参2g/kg或肌苷150mg/kg后,家兔肾血流量在注药后30分钟内均有增加,与对照组有显著差异。肌苷组平均主动脉压同时有显著下降,丹参组则未见有此作用。三组原位阻断兔肾动脉血流60分钟、开放血流后肾动脉血流量比较,30分钟内均无明显差异。肌苷组平均主动脉压仍明显低于丹参组和对照组。本文对实验结果作了初步讨论。
After a single intravenous injection of 2g/kg of salvia miltiorrhiza or 150mg/kg of inosine, the renal blood flow of rabbits increased within 30 minutes after injection, which was significantly different from that of the control group. The average aortic pressure in the inosine group decreased significantly at the same time, while no effect was observed in the Danshen group. Three groups of renal artery blood flow blocked in situ for 60 minutes, compared with renal blood flow after open blood flow, there was no significant difference within 30 minutes. The average aortic pressure in the inosine group was still significantly lower than that in the Danshen group and the control group. This article makes a preliminary discussion of the experimental results.
