作者用免疫组织化学ABC法,对文昌鱼进行5-羟色胺(5-HT)的定位研究.发现文昌鱼整个神经管都有5-HT免疫反应阳性的神经纤维.有的呈纵向走行,有的则从中央向周边穿行。5-HT免疫反应阳性的神经元胞体的数目较少,着色也较浅,主要分布于神经管的背侧部。说明文昌鱼已具备中枢性的5-HT能神经系统.从中肠的后端到后肠的末端,都分布有5-HT免疫区应阳性的内分泌细胞.从中肠的后端向后肠末端
