借鉴评估组织、评估组织模式等理论,比较法国、英国、美国、德国、台湾地区以及国内部分省份职业教育评估组织实施的模式,分析其共同特质、核心价值取向和行为特点,提出现代职业教育评估组织作为评估组织和教育组织结合体的基本特质,兼有专业性、服务性和独立性的组织属性,职业教育评估组织实施的科学流程以及评估组织实施有效控制机制。
By referring to the theory of appraising organizations and assessing organizational modes, the author compares the modes of implementation of the vocational education appraisal organizations in France, Britain, the United States, Germany, Taiwan and some provinces in China, analyzes their common traits, core values and behavior characteristics, and puts forward that the evaluation of modern vocational education As the basic trait of evaluating the combination of organization and education organization, the organization has the organization attributes of professionalism, service and independence, the scientific process implemented by the vocational education evaluation organization and the evaluation organization to implement effective control mechanism.
