孪连季铵盐类表面活性剂活性水增注是针对目前中低渗透油田吸水能力差、注入压力高开发的一种技术,但注入成本较高。在研制的孪连季铵盐类注水增注剂中引入一定量含有生物活化剂的CDKT-004有机复合肥进行改性,能使油水界面张力达到10-3 mN/m数量级,更低的临界胶束浓度,注入成本大幅度降低。现场注入浓度为300~500 mg/L,注水压力平均下降2.47 MPa,均能完成配注。注水单耗由原来的6.23 kWh/m3降低到5.81 kWh/m3,年节约电量216×104 kWh。
