雇佣关系是市场经济国家最重要的经济社会关系。在互联网经济下,企业生产组织方式、相关企业边界以及技术与管理组织等创新模式产生了巨大的变化,其就业方式以及相关就业结构也会产生相应的变化。传统的企业治理尤其是雇佣关系治理,都面临不小的冲击。对此,本文基于雇佣关系的转型因素对互联网积极模式之下的雇佣关系特征进行了分析,并在基础之上提出了一些相应的治理方式改革措施。
The employment relationship is the most important economic and social relationship in a market economy country. Under the Internet economy, there have been tremendous changes in the innovative modes of production and organization, related enterprise boundaries and technology and management organizations, and their employment patterns and related employment structures also change accordingly. The traditional corporate governance, especially the employment relationship management, is facing a lot of challenges. In this regard, this article analyzes the characteristics of the employment relationship under the positive model of the Internet based on the transition factor of employment relationship, and puts forward some corresponding reform measures on the basis of the above.
