新型防水材料防水粉集防水、隔热、保温于一体,是防水材料的一项革新。但在我县推广使用中,也出现渗漏问题。分析其原因并不是防水粉本身质量不过关,而是施工质量差。 搞好防水粉施工质量,首先要从找平层质量抓起。找平层的原材料及配合比要符合设计要求。找平层应留分格缝,一般纵向间距6m,横向间距3～6m。穿过找平层的预留洞口、预埋管道应事先预留和安装。找平层完工后,应加强覆盖和养护。
