采用BaldwinLomax两层湍流模型,用有限差分法对V型条纹薄膜的流场进行了计算;分析了条纹薄膜的减阻特性,提出了具有最佳减阻效果的V型条纹薄膜设计准则。结果表明:当小筋倾角θ约等于60°时,条纹薄膜减阻效果最好,减阻量可达11%,而且减阻范围宽,h+值在5~10之间。
The BaldwinLomax two-layer turbulence model was used to calculate the flow field of the V-stripe thin film by the finite difference method. The drag reduction characteristics of the stripe thin film were analyzed and the design criteria of V-stripe thin film with the best drag reduction effect was proposed. The results show that when the inclination angle of small bar is equal to 60 °, the stripe film has the best drag reduction effect, with the drag reduction of up to 11%. The drag reduction range is wide and h + value is between 5 and 10.
