目的 观察以中西医结合治疗原发性骨髓纤维化的疗效.方法 滋阴清热中药为主,配合小剂量马利兰、羟基脲、地塞米松治疗慢性原发性骨髓纤维化12例,疗程1年以上.结果 好转6例,进步4例,总有效率83.33%.结论 滋阴清热中药为主的中西医结合治疗法是治疗原发性骨髓纤维化的有效方法 .
