在刑检工作中,由于毒品犯罪案件以及侦破的特殊性,其管辖问题一直是困扰检察机关公诉部门的重要问题。本文通过对近年来丰台区人民检察院受理移送毒品犯罪案件及审查起诉工作进行总结、归纳,分析办理毒品案件管辖等程序性工作的不足之处,并依据法律规定细化毒品犯罪管辖范围,提出办理此类移送案件相关工作建议。
In the criminal prosecution work, due to the particularity of drug-related crimes and detectives, the issue of their jurisdiction has always been an important issue plaguing the public prosecution department of procuratorial organs. This article sums up and analyzes the shortcomings of the procedural work such as drug case jurisdiction handled by the People’s Procuratorate of Fengtai District in recent years, as well as the review and prosecution of drug trafficking cases, and elaborates the jurisdiction of drug crimes according to law Proposals related to the transfer of such cases.
