目的:观察木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:糖尿病周围神经病变患者60例随机分为两组,两组均给予降糖基础治疗,观察组加用木丹颗粒7 g,po,tid,对照组加用硫辛酸片0.6 g,po,qd。疗程均为8周。观察比较两组治疗前后FBG、2hPG和血液流变学指标变化。结果:观察组治疗后,血浆黏度、全血黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原含量等指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前后FBG、P2hPG比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,能显著改善患者血液流变学指标。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Mudan granules in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: Sixty diabetic patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were given basic hypoglycemic treatment. The observation group was treated with Qudan Granule (7 g, po, tid) and the control group with 0.6 g, po, qd. The course of treatment is 8 weeks. The changes of FBG, 2hPG and hemorheology indexes in two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results: The indexes of plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in FBG and P2hPG between the two groups before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Mudan granules treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, can significantly improve the patient’s hemorheological parameters.
