中老年眩晕患者临床上十分多见,且常常是中风的先兆症状。为探讨中老年眩晕与椎基动脉血流变化的关系,于1990年4月开始采用美国 Medosonics 第二代经颅超声多普勒(TCD),对276例50岁以上眩晕患者进行了无创性颅底动脉血流频谱及射血速度的研究。其中男170例,女106例,平均年龄64.7岁。所有患者均排除耳源性眩晕、感染、中毒、外伤及颅内占位病变所致眩晕。
Middle-aged and elderly patients with vertigo are very common in clinic and are often the aura symptoms of stroke.
