目的:建立高效毛细管电泳法分离3种碱性药物对映体。方法:采用未涂层熔融石英毛细管柱,30 mmol·L-1NaH2PO4缓冲溶液中加入羧甲基-β-糊精(CM-β-CD)作为背景电解质,可使3种碱性药物的对映体得到较好的分离。结果:在最佳条件下,吲达帕胺、盐酸异丙嗪和盐酸普萘洛尔的分离度(R)分别为4.79,2.45和6.90。结论:CM-β-CD对吲达帕胺、盐酸异丙嗪和盐酸普萘洛尔有很高的对映体选择性。该方法重现性好,简便、快捷。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a high performance capillary electrophoresis method for the separation of three basic enantiomers. Methods: The uncoated fused silica capillary column, 30 mmol·L-1NaH2PO4 buffer solution was added carboxymethyl-β-dextrin (CM-β-CD) as the background electrolyte, the three kinds of basic drugs can be mapped Body get better separation. Results: Under optimal conditions, the separation (R) of indapamide, promethazine hydrochloride and propranolol hydrochloride were 4.79, 2.45 and 6.90, respectively. CONCLUSION: CM-β-CD has high enantioselectivity for indapamide, promethazine hydrochloride and propranolol hydrochloride. The method is reproducible, easy and fast.
