导致通用汽车公司在次贷危机中走向破产危机的首因是沉重的劳工成本,这一问题背后是其员工薪酬福利模式没有引入“权变”观念。通过逻辑分析可以将权变因素集中在企业的战略目标类型、企业的发展阶段、企业的环境变化三个自变量上,对每一个因素的变化提出相应的企业可以借鉴的薪酬福利模式。
The first cause that led to GM’s bankruptcy crisis in the subprime mortgage crisis was heavy labor costs. Behind this issue is the notion of “contingency” being introduced into its employee compensation and benefits model. Through logical analysis, contingency factors can be concentrated on the three types of strategic target types, enterprise development stage and enterprise environment change, and corresponding salary and benefit models that enterprises can learn from changes of each factor.
