为了解山东德州陵县儿童血中元素的水平,于2009—2010年采集8 578名3个月~13岁儿童指端末梢血,测定血铅及锌、钙、铁的水平,结果显示男童血铅超标占15.7%,血钙低于正常参考值下限占11.9%,血锌低于正常参考值下限占9.2%。女童铅超标占16.1%,血钙低于正常参考值下限占11.9%,血锌低于正常参考值下限占10.8%,血铁低于正常值下限占0.1%。血铅与钙、锌呈负相关,血铁与钙、锌呈正相关,血钙与锌呈正相关。0~1岁组儿童血铅水平低于其他各年龄组儿童,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。提示该地区的儿童铅超标应引起关注。
In order to understand the levels of blood elements in Lingxian County, Shandong Province, 8 578 children aged 3 months to 13 years old were collected from 2009 to 2010 to determine the levels of blood lead, zinc, calcium and iron. The results showed that boys Blood lead exceeded 15.7%, blood calcium below the lower limit of the normal reference value of 11.9%, blood zinc below the lower limit of 9.2% of the normal reference value. Blood lead levels in children aged 0-1 years were lower than those in other age groups, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Prompted lead in the region overweight children should cause concern.
