目的:建立颅颌面相关测量线距评估前面高的预测模型。方法:按正常的纳入标准从井冈山大学2010-2011级两届本科班中筛选出55名正常志愿者进行头影测量分析,采用Winceph 8.0测量软件进行描点和测量。结果:①研究对象ANS-Me的平均值为(64.58±4.23)mm(95%CI:63.44~65.73),其中男性(66.38±4.02)mm,女性(62.85±3.71)mm,两组间分布差异有统计学意义(t=3.377,P=0.001);②多元线性回归分析得出,ANS-Me的回归方程为Y=0.719×N-ANS+0.302×ANS-PNS+12.111,且方程有统计学意义(P=0.000),决定系数R2=0.519。结论:联合N-ANS、ANS-PNS两个因素的预测模型可以作为临床评估咬合垂直距离的参考。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a predictive model of cranial-maxillofacial related measurement line distance for assessing the height before. Methods: Fifty-five normal volunteers were screened from the 2010-2011 two-year undergraduates of Jinggangshan University according to the inclusion criteria of normal 头 for cephalometric analysis. The software Winceph 8.0 was used for spot mapping and measurement. Results: ① The average ANS-Me of the study subjects was (64.58 ± 4.23) mm (95% CI: 63.44 to 65.73), with a mean of 66.38 ± 4.02 mm in male and 62.85 ± 3.71 mm in female (T = 3.377, P = 0.001). ②Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the regression equation of ANS-Me was Y = 0.719 × N-ANS + 0.302 × ANS-PNS + 12.111, and the equation was statistically significant Significance (P = 0.000), coefficient of determination R2 = 0.519. Conclusion: The prediction model combined with N-ANS and ANS-PNS can be used as a reference for clinical evaluation of occlusal vertical distance.
