当前,“80后”青年大批量地充实公安队伍,使公安队伍充满了活力。“80后”具有知识层次高端化、思维方式多元化、行为决策自主化、思维观念个性化等特点。但是,“80后”也存在敬业精神缺失、事业归属感减弱,业余规划欠佳、解压途径单一,生活负担加重、工作压力趋强,职业认同偏见、作风传承脱节等问题。对此,要从搭建成长辅助平台、营造良好发展空间,健全人文关怀措施、营造快乐工作氛围,拓展思想沟通深度、营造通畅传承格局,完善文化引导途径、营造争先创优格局等方面做好“80后”刑警的培养。
At present, the “post-80s” youth have enriched the ranks of public security troops in large numbers and made the ranks of public security forces full of vitality. “After 80 ” has the characteristics of high-end knowledge level, diversified ways of thinking, independent decision-making, and individualized thinking concept. However, “80 ” also has the lack of professionalism, business sense of belonging weakened, poor amateur planning, unzipping a single way, living burden, work pressure, occupational bias, inheritance and other issues out of touch. In this regard, we should build a supporting platform for growth, to create a good space for development, improve the humanistic care measures, create a happy working atmosphere, expand the depth of thought communication, create a smooth inheritance pattern, improve the cultural guide way, “After 80” Interpol training.
