亲环素A(cyclophilin A,CypA)是亲环素家族中发现最早、含量最丰富、研究最深入的一员,是细胞内免疫抑制剂环孢素A(cyclosporin A,CsA)的主要受体。其具有肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶(peptidyl-prolyl cistrans isomeras,PPIase)的活性和分子伴侣功能,能辅助细胞内蛋白质的正确折叠,参与免疫抑制,介导炎性反应和参与氧化应激应答等多种生物学功能。近期的研究发现,CypA在多种恶性肿瘤中高表达,具有促进癌细胞增殖、抑制细胞凋亡、介导侵袭转移等作用,未来可能成为某些恶性肿瘤诊断和治疗的新靶点。
