在我国教学模式不断变革的背景下,促进学校与企业之间的合作已然成为现阶段高等教育的重要任务之一。而从职前前瞻教育的角度来看,学校和企业之间合作的主要方向应当针对学生的职前培训来实施。对职前培训的相关内容进行了分析,从现阶段我过高校在职前培训方面的现状出发,从职前前瞻教育的角度出发提出校企间合作的有效方式。 Under the background of the ever-changing teaching mode in our country, promoting the cooperation between schools and enterprises has become one of the important tasks of higher education at the present stage. From the pre-service education perspective, the main direction of cooperation between schools and enterprises should be implemented for pre-employment training of students. The content of pre-service training was analyzed. Based on the current status of pre-service training in colleges and universities at the present stage, an effective way of cooperation between schools and enterprises was put forward from the perspective of pre-service education.
