前报(Chem Pharm Bull 1989,36(2):601)已报道了从刺五加(Acanthopanaxsenticosus)叶中分得的8种新皂甙的结构鉴定,即刺五加甙(Ciwujianosides)B,C_1,C_2,D_2,E,C_3,C_4,和D_1。作者又从刺五加叶中分得5种新皂甙,即刺五加甙A_1,A_2,A_3,D_3和A_4。本文主要报道这些新皂甙的结构鉴定。刺五加干燥叶的甲醇提取物如前报所述进行正相和反相层析,最后经HPLC,得到5种皂甙。
Previous reports (Chem Pharm Bull 1989, 36(2): 601) have reported the structural identification of eight new saponins obtained from leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus, namely Ciwujianosides B, C_1, C_2, D_2, E, C_3, C_4, and D_1. The authors also obtained five new saponins from the leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus, namely, A. niger, A2, A3, D3, and A4. This article mainly reports the structure identification of these new saponins. The methanol extract of the dried leaves of Acanthopanax sentanea was subjected to normal phase and reversed phase chromatography as previously reported, and finally to 5 kinds of saponins by HPLC.
