NK细胞以其自然性抗肿瘤、抗病毒效应而引人重视.在深入探讨NK如何获得这些功能活性的研究中,发现IL-2和IFN在NK细胞的增殖、分化及活化过程中,起到重要的调节作用;而且在一定条件刺激下,NK细胞本身即可产生IL-2、IFN等淋巴因子.NK细胞在人体内的发育分化过程,大体经历先躯细胞(progenifor,Pro-NK)、前身细胞(Pre-NK)和成熟细胞或自然活性细胞等三个阶段.Pro-NK和Pre-NK出现于造血组织(骨髓),成熟型NK则进入血流及脾脏等周围淋巴组织.对于这些不同发育阶段的NK细胞的增殖、分化及活化,IL-2和IFN是必不可缺的调节因
