应用型本科既不同于普通本科,也不是3年制高职高专的增容。本文借鉴了德国DuralSystem教育教学模式的理念,以“职业性”为出发点,使用统计资料收集、整理和分析方法构建了应用型本科职业能力培养框架体系,旨在促进我国应用型财务管理本科教育中课程设置和人才培养方案制定的科学化,体现“因需施教”。
Applied undergraduate course is different from ordinary undergraduate, nor is the 3-year vocational college capacity. This article draws on the concept of DuralSystem education and teaching mode in Germany and takes “occupation” as the starting point, and builds a framework system of applied undergraduate vocational ability training by collecting, sorting and analyzing statistical data, aiming to promote undergraduate application of financial management in our country The curriculum of education and personnel training programs developed scientific, reflecting “because of the need to teach ”.
