现今我国关于劳动立法的争议众多,本文着重对《中华人民共和国劳动合同法实施条例》第九条所规定的以用工之日作为计算连续用工满十年的起始点进行探讨,并提出一些相关建议。
At present, there are many controversies about labor legislation in our country. This article focuses on the starting point of using labor day stipulated in Article 9 of the “Regulations for the Implementation of Labor Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China” as a starting point for calculating ten years of continuous employment, and puts forward some relevant suggestions .
