财政预算是我国政府活动计划的重要财务反映，对于政府职能的发挥以及社会经济的发展都有着至关重要的影响。本文针对政府财政预算创新优化，首先概述了政府财政预算管理的作用，进而分析了当前我国政府财政预算管理所存在的问题，并有针对性的提出了改革创新完善措施。
