本文试图通过对典型项目数据的逻辑推理、范例说明、对比分析,总结出一个针对软件项目组织的,较通用的,简单有效的质量模型。希望可以把抽象的逻辑模型,融入到实际的项目管理工作中,并且通过不断地循环改进,持续优化模型,并积累历史数据,从而提高组织对项目质量的预测能力,控制能力。希望可以对提高顾客的满意程度,增强组织的竞争力有一些帮助。
This article attempts to logically deduce the typical project data by logical reasoning, sample description, comparative analysis, and sum up a more general, simple and effective quality model for software project organization. It is hoped that the abstract logical model can be integrated into the actual project management and improve the ability of the organization to predict and control the quality of the project through constant improvement and continuous optimization of the model and accumulation of historical data. Hope can improve customer satisfaction, enhance the competitiveness of the organization of some help.
