重庆市和四川省成都市近日经国家发展和改革委员会报请国务院同意,正式成为全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区。这是继上海浦东新区和天津滨海新区之后又一国家综合配套改革试验区。与以往相比,此次成渝试验区第一次加入“统筹城乡”的概念,那么这和以往的改革实验区有什么不同?为何选择成渝作为实验区?综合配套改革会给成渝的居民带来什么样的变化?
