目的:建立气相色谱法测定人参皂苷Rg1中有机残留量的方法。方法:采用气相色谱法,FID检测器,DB-624(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm),载气为氮气,柱温为恒温50℃,进样口温度200℃,检测器温度200℃,以水为溶剂配制对照溶液及供试品溶液。结果:在所考察的浓度范围内具有良好的线性,乙醇的检测限为1.0μg·L-1,精密度RSD<1.0%。平均回收率为90%~105%结论:经方法学验证,该检测方法简便灵敏,结果准确可靠,适用于人参皂苷Rg1原料药中有机溶剂残留量的检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of organic residues in ginsenoside Rg1 by gas chromatography. Methods: Gas chromatograph, FID detector and DB-624 (30 m × 0.32 mm, 0.25 μm) were used. The carrier gas was nitrogen. The column temperature was kept constant at 50 ℃. The inlet temperature was 200 ℃ and the detector temperature was 200 ℃. Preparation of water and control solution for the test solution. Results: Good linearity was observed in the investigated concentration range. The detection limit of ethanol was 1.0 μg · L-1, and the precision RSD was less than 1.0%. The average recovery was 90% ~ 105%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. The method is suitable for the determination of organic solvent residues in ginsenoside Rg1.
