目的了解医院墙壁式中心吸氧装置接口微生物污染情况,加强消毒管理。方法采用涂抹采样和细菌检验方法,对某医院临床科室墙壁式中心吸氧装置接口细菌污染及消毒效果进行了检测。结果该医院临床科室中心吸氧装置接口细菌污染超标率为99.23%。检出的细菌种类主要为蜡样芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌。采用有效氯浓度为500 mg/L含氯消毒液对中心吸氧装置擦拭消毒2遍,消毒效果合格率可达到93.08%。结论该医院临床科室墙壁式中心吸氧装置接口微生物污染严重,擦拭消毒可取得较好的效果。
Objective To understand the microbial contamination at the interface of hospital wall-type oxygen concentrator and to strengthen the disinfection management. Methods The method of smear sampling and bacterial test was used to detect the bacterial contamination and disinfection effect of the interface of the wall-type central oxygen inhalation device in a clinical department of a hospital. Results The rate of exceeding the standard of bacterial contamination in the interface of oxygen-absorbing device in the clinical department of the hospital was 99.23%. The main types of bacteria detected were Bacillus cereus and Escherichia coli. The effective chlorine concentration of 500 mg / L chlorine disinfectant on the central oxygen cleaning device wipe 2 times, disinfection effect pass rate of 93.08%. Conclusion The clinical laboratory wall-type central oxygen inhalation device interface microbial contamination, wipe disinfection can achieve better results.
