本文利用造血祖细胞体外培养方法,以11例正常人骨髓为靶细胞,对20例再生障碍性贫血患者血浆的抑制作用进行了研究,并同时以11例正常人血浆和11例胎盘血浆作为对照。结果表明,部分再生障碍性贫血患者血浆对正常人骨髓 CFU—GM 形成确有抑制作用。如能对已明确病因诊断的患者采用免疫抑制疗法,对再生障碍性贫血的治疗可望取得某些突破。
In this paper, hematopoietic progenitor cells in vitro culture methods to 11 cases of normal human bone marrow as target cells in 20 patients with aplastic anemia in plasma was studied, and at the same time to 11 cases of normal plasma and 11 cases of placental plasma as a control . The results show that some patients with aplastic anemia plasma normal human bone marrow CFU-GM formation indeed inhibitory effect. If immunosuppressive therapy is used in patients with a definite etiological diagnosis, some breakthroughs in the treatment of aplastic anemia are expected.
