新生儿低镁血症是临床上一个重要的代谢紊乱症。严重时可直接危及患儿生命并可导致一系列生长发育障碍。为了探讨其发病机理,寻求更有效的防治方法,本文对33例新生儿低镁血症的临床表现及其与钙磷代谢的关系进行初步探讨。材料与方法33例均为我院1985年10月~1986年10月合并有低镁血症的住院患儿,占同期新生儿住院总人数的4.2%,其中男16例,女17例,<2.5kg的低体重儿8例。生后24小时内发病6例,~7天发病15例,~14天7例,~21天4例,28天1例,生后1周内发病最
Neonatal hypomagnesemia is clinically an important metabolic disorder. In serious cases can be directly endanger the lives of children and can lead to a series of growth and development disorders. In order to explore its pathogenesis and seek a more effective prevention and treatment methods, 33 cases of neonatal hypomagnesemia clinical manifestations and its relationship with calcium and phosphorus metabolism were explored. Materials and Methods All 33 cases were hospitalized children with hypomagnesemia in our hospital from October 1985 to October 1986, accounting for 4.2% of the total number of neonates hospitalized in the same period, including 16 males and 17 females, 2.5kg of low birth weight children in 8 cases.
