1681年至1982年我们对武钢研制的仿SPA和09MnCuPTi钢进行了母材性能、抗裂性、焊接工艺和其焊接接头的机械性能试验;进行了有关钢材等腐蚀性能的研究试验。根据研究结果,该钢材各项技术性能均达到试制协议要求,满足铁道车辆制造要求。所研制的耐候钢用焊条和焊丝,经过焊缝金属和焊接接头的各方面试验,性能良好,与进口焊条、焊丝基本相同。
From 1681 to 1982, we researched the properties of the parent material, the crack resistance, the welding process and the mechanical properties of the welded joints of the imitation SPA and 09MnCuPTi steel developed by Wuhan Iron and Steel; and conducted research on the corrosion performance of steel. According to the research results, the technical performance of the steel reached the trial agreement requirements, to meet the railway vehicle manufacturing requirements. Developed by the weathering steel electrodes and welding wire, after welding metal and welded joints in all aspects of testing, good performance, and imports of electrodes, welding wire is basically the same.
