教学方法的改革,最终目的是实现教学过程最优化。为达此目的要对教师的教,学生的学进行研究,要全面考虑教学规律、原则及现代教学的形式和方法。体操教学包括理论技术和能力三部分,作者在多年进行教学能力培养的研究和实践的同时,根据通用教材不断充实改革的情况,也进行了体操理论教学方法的探索。本文就此理论教学方法谈谈本人
The reform of teaching methods, the ultimate goal is to achieve optimal teaching process.
