目的对柳州市肿瘤医院12年来临床血液使用情况进行统计分析,以了解临床用血情况,使血库工作者能更好地对血液资源进行调配与管理,加强科学用血、安全用血,提高输血治疗技术,节约血液资源。方法对1996年1月至2007年12月我院全部门诊及住院患者的临床用血资料进行统计分析。结果我院临床成分用血呈逐年上升趋势,临床手术用血呈逐年下降趋势,而非手术用血比例则呈逐年上升。结论安全、合理、科学用血,提倡临床成分输血。
Objective To statistically analyze the clinical blood use situation of Liuzhou Cancer Hospital for 12 years to understand the clinical blood use situation so that blood bank workers can better allocate and manage blood resources, strengthen scientific blood use, use blood safely, and increase blood transfusions. Therapeutic techniques save blood resources. Methods The clinical blood data of all outpatients and inpatients in our hospital from January 1996 to December 2007 were statistically analyzed. Results The blood use of clinical components in our hospital has been increasing year by year. The blood used for clinical operations has been declining year by year. The proportion of non-surgical blood has been increasing year by year. Conclusion Safe, reasonable and scientific use of blood promotes transfusion of clinical components.
