目的检测碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达情况,并分析其与非小细胞肺癌的病理分化程度、手术-病理分期、淋巴结转移的相关性,探讨bFGF在非小细胞肺癌的发生、浸润及转移过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测原发性非小细胞肺癌石蜡包埋组织80例、正常肺组织40例中bFGF蛋白的表达水平。结果非小细胞肺癌组bFGF阳性率均高于正常肺组织组(P=0.000)。非小细胞肺癌组TNM分期中Ⅰ-Ⅱ期和Ⅲ-Ⅳ期bFGF的阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);低分化癌的bFGF的阳性率与高、中分化癌相比,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013);淋巴结转移组bFGF的表达与无淋巴结转移组相比,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论 bFGF可能参与了非小细胞肺癌的发生和演进的过程;bFGF蛋白检测可能成为判断非小细胞肺癌发生发展和评价预后的有效参考指标之一,对于非小细胞肺癌的早期预测可能具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To detect the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and to analyze its correlation with pathological grade, pathological stage and lymph node metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) The role of non-small cell lung carcinogenesis, invasion and metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of bFGF protein in 80 cases of primary non-small cell lung cancer tissues and 40 cases of normal lung tissues. Results The positive rate of bFGF in non-small cell lung cancer was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissue (P = 0.000). The positive rates of bFGF in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ in non-small cell lung cancer group were statistically different (P = 0.000); the positive rate of bFGF in poorly differentiated cancer was significantly higher than that in high-differentiated cancer (P = 0.013). The expression of bFGF in lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis group (P = 0.000). Conclusions bFGF may play an important role in the development and progression of NSCLC. Detection of bFGF protein may be one of the useful reference indexes to evaluate the prognosis and development of non-small cell lung cancer. It may be important for early prediction of non-small cell lung cancer Clinical significance.
